  • All images are encrypted at the source of recording and specialised software is required to view any such images.
  • Audio is only recorded in the event of an emergency situation arising. The default setting is that audio is not recorded in taxis or private hire vehicles as set out in UK law.
  • The default audio setting can be overridden by means of an override switch and will only be used if deemed to be absolutely nessesary.
  • All images and/or audio is stored securely for approximately 30 days after which time all data is automatically overwritten.
